Step 03

Moodboard and Storyboard.

Typography – Basic Concepts and Morphological Characteristics
Study of typography as a fundamental visual element, with emphasis on letterform structure, composition, and visual dynamics.

Historical References in Typography
Visual references were drawn from historical typographic samples such as metal type elements, engravings, and printed materials associated with the history of printing.

Materials – Textures
Exploration of the material surfaces within the space, including concrete/plaster walls, wooden doors, and metallic typographic elements, aiming to establish visual coherence between the physical and digital environment.

Lighting and Color Approach
Use of strong lighting contrasts and warm color tones (gold and copper), referencing traditional analog printing processes. In the final stage of the projection, the color palette transitions to cooler tones, symbolizing the shift from traditional typography to the contemporary digital era.

09

On selected architectural elements of the gateway, a gradual transition from analog to digital typography is developed. In the initial phase, traditional typographic elements appear, which progressively transform into digital forms as the composition evolves downward. This vertical movement symbolizes the historical evolution of typography and the transition from material printing processes to the contemporary digital era.
